Since I have been with ADT (4 or 5 year) 80% of the time
there is a problem.
I have phoned and requested them to change my cellphone number
to my new one.. But each time they phone my cell number which does
not exist???
When I had 4 armed men trying to gain access to my house ADT never
called me, but my old number, then a relative.By that time they
could of shot me to pieced if I was not armed..
Again on the 2013-09-11 my alarm triggered when I was at home..
No one called (ADT said they called my old number again)
No security vehicle was dispatched, I was at home at the time and no one came out?
In the past 30 days people have been trying to gain access to my property 5-6 times.
At the same time a friend of mine, who is also with ADT had 4 cars broken into despite having a patrol guard in his street and was shot at multiple times?
What is the point of being with ADT if I have to spoon feed your call center and beg them to change
my number to the correct one. It is not a difficult request, but is defiantly a very important and vital
one?
I will be sure to cancel my contract as it is long overdue and move somewhere else,
having ADT does not
