Good day.
On the 11th of December I paid over the installation cost for a wireless alarm.
On two occasions I confirmed that the installation date will be Friday the 27th of December.
Once with Thobile Ndube and again on the morning of the 27th with the sales call center. I subsequently cut my holiday short to be home when the technician would call an hour before. However no-one called and no-one obviously installed my alarm.
I immediately want to cancel my contract (as none of the contract terms has been full filled) for a FULL REFUND of the money paid ASAP. Also because if the pre-installation is a precursor of the post-installation service I will be receiving I'll rather go somewhere else (not to mention the amount of complaints on this site).
