Incompetence at Cell C

I applied for a phone upgrade from Cell-C Direct on 15/01/2013. I received my phone on 17/01/2013. That was when my problem started, I called 084145 to get my new phone activated and for them to do a sim-swop, to no avail. It is now 02/02/2013 and my phone has still not been activated. When you call the call-center they are always very friendly and helpful and must take the brunt of the angry people who call them. But the standard answer is always 'we will e-mail them and they will call you back' who "they" are I do not know, apparently 'Cell C Security' who must verify and RICA your account. But it seems to me 'Cell C Security' is never at work or not capable to do the work that they are supposed to do. To this day I received only a message from someone on 24/01/2013 with a number to call them (I do not call people back if I do not know who they are). It is now 16 days later and the incompetent lot at 'Cell C Security' just do not care how they treat you or they are to busy with their own agenda to give a to the way they earn their salary. Please can anybody get some sense into this incompetent lot or fire them, because they are giving Cell C a bad name.
