ADT are too big in this country and cannot even offer a quality service to their clients who are paying a fortune for a service which is just not world class at all.
The level of miscommunications in this company is very scary!
I've booked in a technical agent to come and check my radio signal as it is not being picked up by the ADT control center. I think we have made 3 appointments with estimated times given for their arrival and not once have they called to inform us they will be late or cannot make the time provided!!
Shocking service and then I have to call the call center about 8 times all of which I ask for a Team Leader (Kabelo/Rachid) and they are way too busy to call me back!!
I will be stopping my monthly debit order for the next month due to non delivery of services.
Then I'll be proposing at our next AGM that the whole security complex we live in moves to another local (South African) company who can provide better service.
I cannot wait for the day to not be a ADT customer anymore!!
