CONTRACTS NOT CANCELLED WHEN SUPPOSED TO BE

My contract expired end of April 2013 - I contacted the call center 22.04.2013 to confirm that I did not want to renew it.

I was advised that the last debit order is due till end May 2013. I accepted this and the debit order went off my account on 25.05.2013 as agreed. I have not used any of the air time allocated since I called to cancel the contract. Ref #46713291

On 05.06.2013 I called them again to enquire why the number was in fact still active even though I was not using it and had requested it to be cancelled!
I was again promised by the agent (Named Happy) that the contract will be cancelled and the airtime that was allocated will be revoked. Ref # 05072013! I requested this to be emailed to me in writing and am still waiting!!!

I received yet another statement today to be deducted on 25.06.2013.

When I called and asked why the contract was cancelled and INSISTED to speak to a manager - the AGENT -LERATO - said that no managers are available and would not call me back either!

She could not pick up the call for 05.06.2013 beacause they have upgraded their systems and said another debit order WILL be taken for end of June 2013.

This is unacceptable!
