I sold a vehicle last week. Tracker was supposed to remove the tracking unit from the sold vehicle and install a new device in the new vehicle. New device was installed, but the device in the old vehicle is still in place and active.
I have phoned the call center on four occasions to have it removed, but they are absolutely clueless. I suspect i will also be billed for two units now, the one in a car i don't even own. I can still track my old vehicle online, surely a security breach?
Poor, poor service. If it were not for the fact that Outsurance dictate that i needed a tracking unit and i now have a contract with Tracker, i wouldn't even bother, or at least, never with Tracker again.
Why is it so difficult to remove a device Tracker?? You are very quick to install one because it means billing for you.
