Chubb promised me on the 28th of August that they will send someone to fix my security system, even now I am waiting! I am really as a results because I am paying R336 per month yet I a faulty system in my house that is still under guarantee.
I want to terminate the service with Chubb and seek service elsewhere because clearly my money is not enough to make me one of your valuable clients. You over promise and under deliver, I am paying way too much for this kind of bad service!
The last time yall gave me a Call Ref# 00038855, please come and take you system out of my home!
