I received a call about two weeks ago about an added value service and asked of I wanted to join. I declined, but asked to be emailed more information regarding this service (this service helps with claims and payout in case of an accident). I never received the mail but instead was billed for this extra service - how does this work? Is Tracker now resorting to just taking money from me without asking?
