I have a Tracker Retrieve in my Golf and Polo. I requested the units to be tested on about 16 Aug 2013. On 21 Aug, I received a mail stating that they need to inspect the units as Tracker can't get a signal. I sent through the details the same day. Today is the 2nd of September and I still nowhere closer to a solution from Tracker than on the 21st of August. This service is very very bad. I can't believe I am paying for such bad service!!
