Found my car, but did not notify me

My bakkie was in April, it had a tractec device fitted. Daily for the first week I would phone to find out if they had found my car- nothing. A week or two later my insurance company required the activation report from Tracetc, i phoned them and they e-mailled it to me. A month later I was still being billed for two cars, i phoned to complain and was asked which car had been, which was quite annoying as they did not know which of my cars had been. The next month comes, again I am billed fro two cars, I phone again, again I must tell them which car has been, (not happy from my side). I phoned back to find out what was happening again they did not know which of my two vehicles had been. The next day a guy phones me to tell me that they had recovered my car over two months back, but I had not been notified. In the interim I have bought another car, so in the end it costs me money as these guys had my car for over two months and did not notify me. Phoned Tracetec and had one or two discussions with the boss man, still awaiting feedback from him. BUt at the end of the day it lands up costing me money and all you get from Tracetec is -sorry.
