ADT changed my installer code without consent

I had an existing alarm when I subscribed to ADT at which time, I gave them my installer code. Some time later, I needed to change a parameter to allow one of the user codes to have permission to bypass certain zones but noticed that I was unable to do this as ADT had changed my installer code without my consent. I contacted them some months ago and kept getting the run around. Eventually I seemed to get some progress with Crystal Stevens but after numerous calls, she too made no progress in getting me my installer code. I was then advised to send an email to [Email Removed] which I did in April this year. I got a call from ADT after the mail informing me that someone will be contacting me but still nothing to date. I have since cancelled my subscription with ADT and still trying to get my installer code out of them.
