We bought 2 Cars from Toyota Gezina 2 years ago. We service our cars there aswell. Every time we send our cars for service, there is a problem. The call centre phones us, to tell us that the cars are ready, and if we get there the cars are not, or they call us to say the cars are ready, and when we get there, they dont know where our cars are, or the paper work is missing. This was 19/06/2013. We have had a situation during this year, one of the cars went in for repars on the Diff that was faulty. The car went in, and during the course of the week we followed up with Toyota Gezina, because they dont keep the clients updated, and we were told that all the parts arrived, and that the car willbe ready that friday. We phoned again on thursday, to make sure that the car is ready, and it was confirmed. When we got there, no one new about the car or the call that the car was ready. We got the car back after 2 weeks.
