Virgin Mobile South Africa
Trying to cancel my contract

My contract for two phones has expired on the 8th of April. I contacted customer services on the 8th of March to notify them that I will not renew my contract and want to cancel it. I was then told to phone back on the 8th of April as I cannot give notice before the contract has expired. I phoned back in April. Later in April a sales person phoned me to renew my contract. I declined. In May I phoned again to check if it was cancelled. I was billed for June and July even for not using the phones and the numbers not working. In July they phoned me again saying they see my contract is expiring and would I like to renew it. I immediately phoned again to check what was happening and was send from pillar to post. I was assured that my contract was cancelled and I asked for written confirmation which was never given. Every time I asked to speak to a supervisor or manager but they are NEVER available and will not phone back. Your managers are always in meetings. Money has just been deducted once again from my account for August. This now constitutes blatant. You are saying that my wish is your command when I am waiting hours to get through to customer services. Please explain why?
