Terrible service

On the 8th August I phoned to ask a question about the power light flashing on my keypad. I was told after making 3 phone calls to get a technician in at R350. The technician came and held down 7 on the keypad just to clear it, according to him I should have been told this on the phone. I complained on the Blue security website and asked for the call out fee to be waived, I did not hear anything back from them regarding this. Today August 27th I accidentally set of my alarm. I did not get a phone call from Blue and over 25 minutes later some one arrived to check. When I inquired about the phone call I was told my previous tenants had been phoned. They have been out of the house for over a month. I have made at least 4 phone calls to Blue since then changing the contact details, why have they still not been changed. Blue is the most expensive security company and the service has been appalling to say the least. I will be looking around for a cheaper company that can do a better job. I am still waiting to hear about my previous complaint.
