I find it incredibly infuriating that I cannot get hold of any senior management at Blue Security. There are 2 contact emails and they are both [Email Removed] How does senior management even know they have a problem if the message is not even getting through to them, or perhaps they feel they don't need to know, let somebody else handle it.
We were extremely upset when ET sold out to Blue security. We left Blue security many years ago because their accounts were an absolute shambles and here we are back in the same boat. Time to go back to a smaller, more concerned security Company, until they sell out.
