I PHONED ALTECH NETSTAR ON THE 27TH AUGUST TO CANCEL MY CONTRACT AND WAS TOLD TO EMAIL ME THE DETAILS WHICH I DID. ON THE 29TH I PHONED AGAIN WHICH TOOK ME ALMOST THE WHOLE DAY TO GET THROUGH AND THE PERSON TOLD ME THAT THERE IS NO CANCELLATION REGUEST ON THEIR SYSTEM. TODAY (30TH) I TRIED TO CALL BUT NO ANSWER. FOR A YEAR THIS TRACKING SYSTEM IS NOT IN WORKING ORDER AND THE TESTING DEPARTMENT COULD NOT GET ANY DETAILS IF YOU SUPPLY THE NUMBERPLATE OR ID NUMBER.
