SUPPLIER WONT CANCEL CONTRACT

I informed ADT in April this year I would like to cancel my contract. They wanted it in writing which was duly done. We are now in August and this has still not been done. I want a refund from May 2013 to current. they are quick to sign you up but when you want to cancel they just keep debiting your account!
