Referring to my previous report I am still waiting for action to be taken. I have received an email stating that my tracking unit was not faulty but in fact the settings on the unit was not adjusted correctly. This still leaves me with no solution on the 6 months tracking reports that are still missing. I have now also learnt that they blew the fuses on my NEW vehicle while fitting the unit. I have the diagnostic reports from my vehicle to prove the time and date. So we can now add dishonest and bad workmanship to bad service. From here onward I will be taking the email responses and trip reports and seeking legal action. I can't continue with this charade.
