Cancellation of contract not attended to

Since the end of April 2013 I have been atempting to cancel my ADT contract, I have sent numerous emails to alwaythere@adt to sdlodlo and to date have the contract ahs not been cancelled. I have been charged for two months for a service I no longer require as I have a new supplier. Can someone please just do something and cancel the contract and refund the June payment immediately.
