We called out a locksmith to make keys for internal doors of our new house, we were told call out fee would be R300 and the price of the keys, he arrived 50 min late, ie 10:20, then removed locking mechanism n said he will go to his bakkie and make the keys, after an hr we realized his bakkie was gone, we called the office who advised that he was out on another emergency, without letting is know. We called him again and he said that he will go to the workshop n come back in 1hr with our locks, then 2hrs later we called the Office again and Heidi was terribly rude when we advised her that we need to be in Durban as we are getting married this weekend and have appointments, there was not even an apology, when paddy eventually returned over 4hrs later we received a bill for R1880, and other than the R300 call out fee we were never advised on a quote or estimate, we called the office spoke to Elsa (manager) who after discussion threatened us n said she will lock our house so that we can't get in or out until we pay her, she refused credit card payment we eventually paid them but are terribly unhappy at the lack of communication and the treat of being locked out our house
