Duplicate call-out charge

My statement reflects an outstanding amount for a technical call-out on 14 December 2012.

I had some upgrades done to my alarm system during December for which I paid upfront. When the technician first arrived, he did not have the all the requested components with him and he had to come back on 14 December to finish the job.

It is for this call-out that I am being charged.

I have been phoned by ADT about it - I explained what happened and was assured it would be rectified. I have been mailed about it - I explained and no-one came back to me. I phoned, left messages - no-one came back to me.

Last month I was phoned again by the installer of the initial system - the lady was very helpful and said she would follow up on my behalf.

Today I get an sms stating that the money will be deducted from my account with my monthly monitoring debit order - as far as I'm concerned that will be money from me.

I do not know what I have to do to get ADT to listen to me, I have tried any other possible means of communication.
