In 2008 I entered into a contract for security services with ADT Guardian Angel. The contract expired in July 2011, I gave the service provider Gaurdian Angel a month written notice, that they replied on I was to take up with ADT. I sent the cancellation request to the customer service e-mail and contacted the call center with no reply, I have tried to stop the debit order with no luck, because they just change the amount and puts it through again and 1 year and 6 months down the line they are still debiting my account for an expired contract. I have been disappointed throughout (refer to complaint in 2009) with the level of service and I will not anyone recommend ever entering into a contract with them.
