Hi,
I've received a mail from WesBank titled "Important information about managing your WesBank account" on 7 Jan 2014. The mail contained the necessary info for activating my online profile. On attempting this, I received this error "Your account could not be verified and activated. Please contact our Call Centre for assistance".
I've since sent numerous mails to [Email Removed] and [Email Removed] Each mail was met by an automated reply, but no further communication was received from Wesbank regarding the issue.
I truly hope that Wesbank will contact me on this occasion, as it seems that any other contact method does not work.
