I logged a dispute with XDS on the 15th November 2013 via telephone regarding my judgement that was rescinded by the magistrates court on the 8th October and had STILL not been removed from my credit profile on XDS. I forwarded all my documentation through on the 18th November 2013 and received an automated response stating that I would receive a reference number via SMS? I still have not received my reference number and it has been over a week since I logged the disputed and now a week since I received the automated response? When emailing to inquire about my reference number I received the same automated response? Transunion removed this judgement 7 days after my dispute and Experian removed it in 3 days, WHAT IS WRONG WITH XDS??? I want a response immediately! I understand you take up to 20 days to investigate, but seriously I haven't even received my reference number as yet and if two other credit bureaus can remove this in such a short amount of time I have to wonder what they are doing right and what XDS is doing wrong??
