My company business line has been out of order for at least 10 days. Due to the high unemployment currently experienced, one tries to earn monies by being entrepreneurial and start working from home. This also does not help as Telkom never repairs landlines so it makes it impossible to run a small business, since you are unable to communicate with your customers. My 1st reference no 1490CRZ140114 was provided and all one received was the automated acknowledgement. Another reference no 574300, was for escalating the problem but still to no avail. Is there anyone that knows how to obtain a response???
