Writer has been appointed Executor in the above estate.
All written requests for information have to date fallen on deaf ears.
Copies of correspondence referred to below is available.
1. On 16/11/2012 balances requested i.r.o deceased's accounts as well as information relating to the mortgage bond. Automated response received ref.20121116-0000010719634.
2. Reminder sent on 28/11/2012. No response received.
3.On 14/1/2013 I called on the Bracken City Branch to see if they could assist. Their lady was extremely helpful. Gave me copies of the statements relating to the deceased's accounts. I required a copy of the Title Deed and information relating to any insurance cover i.r.o. balance owing on the bond. She made the necessary telephone calls and obtainrd the e-mail addresses, namely, [Email Removed] and [Email Removed]
"Copies" responded and informed me that my request should be directed through [Email Removed] "polserv" never bothered to respond.
A further reminder was sent to client care on 14/1/2013 and automated reply 20130114-0000011558818 was received.
4. A further reminder was sent on 22/1/2013 and automated reply 20120122-0000011673140 was received.
