Alarm transmitter stop working. The box clearly stated that is the property of ADT. I have phoned numerous times to get it fixed. The can only help after hours at a rate of R700. I pay them monthly for a service they are not delivering. My alarm is fuctioning but their box in not working. I am at risk because they are not informed of an alarm at my house. This is not inportant to them, they just see it as a money making oppurtunity for after hour service. My safety are not of any importance and your customet service is non existing. I am definately moving my service.
