How to loose a customer in 5 easy steps

If you want to loose a customer - by ADT security. 1 - Customer phones and informs he is moving to a new property and request that his service be moved to the new address. 2 - Book and appointment the 13th of July for a Sales Consultant to visit the new property. 3 - Sales Consultant wants to upgrade the entire system as it is a old system. 4 - Sign a contract with ADT on the 19th of July and promised installation within 5 days. 5 - On the 5th of August get a phone call informing you that the Service will only be installed the next day due to signatures on their side that was incorrect and People on their side that did not come to work. I am sorry - How did this become my issue. For 24 days I have been waiting for your Service - what will happen if my alarm goes off.. Will I have to wait for 24 hours before you dispatch somebody (That is if everybody is at work that day).. So ADT please note that I am canceling this contract with immediate effect due to non-delivery on your side..
