MY house was broken. I the first time ADT took 28min to respond. I suspect that it was one of their technicians.
Further more I was again broken into two months later- this Saturday . they took a Whopping 45mins to an hour to respond. Their response guard then about the time he arrived.
when you try and complain. I was further told that they were busy with other complaints, that's why they late. you get the run around and cannot get a manager . they promise to call back. I think that this company is ripping their consumers off, because I am paying for a service that I am not receiving.
