Iritating, annoying and dismal service from ADT

Im writing this on behalf of my parents, whose home was broken to for the second time this year, yesterday the gained entry into the yard and where busy breaking in the front gate and door, our maid was inside the house and heard them she pressed the panic button, the alarm went off and the fled, the complaint is that ADT phoned my dad asked IF THEY MUST RESPOND TO THE ALARM, what the is wrong with ADT that is what we are paying you for!!! you are freakin ARMED RESPONSE, so respond.

The area is rife with break in's almost everyday something is happening and it still continues.

ADT is visible with there patrols but are never in time to catch the, there is always enough time for them to getaway and ADT conveniently pitches up just when they make there getaway, samething happened earlier this year when the house was broken into and stuff got. South Africans let me give you people something to think about, first see how you cant take up your own security measures to thwart off these, deterrents such as dogs spiked walls etc Dont waste money on armed response.
We pay everymonth and still gain entry so what is the point?
