Absolutetely Disgusting and Terrible

ADT - STAY AWAY!!!
Absolutely no idea of customer service! A total rip-off! Never respond to complaints! Never phone you back as promised. Never respond to emails. Terribly expensive! No concern for the customer. Terrible alarm-response time. customer's money by letting them sign a two year contract for supposed 24 hour security, and then not delivering what they promise and refusing to cancel the contract. If I never ever have to deal with ADT ever in my life, it will not be long enough!
