Alarm went off at 06:45am. Admittedly a call was made to my cell phone but the battery was flat due to lack of electricity. However, when one is unable to get in contact with a client telephonically after receiving a panic signal, armed response should be dispatched and get to the client within 5 to 6 minutes as confirmed by Stallion this morning. More than 1.5 hours later & still no armed response. I contacted Stallion this morning and was informed that a manager will contact me, which I am still waiting for.
This is not the first time I experienced poor customer service from Stallion, its been a norm for them in sending armed response over an hour later upon receiving a panic signal. With this poor response time, should there be a life threatening situation, I could come to serious bodily injury or grievous harm before they even respond. What am I paying for when Stallion breaches their contract? I have absolutely no faith in Stallion security and have reached the conclusion to invest in a more reliable security company!
