Altech Netstar
Car a write-off but still have to pay for unit!

My vehicle has been written off since February this year, when my engine burst into flames.
I was promised that a new unit could be fitted to my new car by Herman Bosch, a Dealer Consultant in the Free State but to date nothing has been done.
Netstar advised that my vehicle registration number is contracted for 3 years and will elapse on 26 October 2015. If I cancel the contract settlement amount will be raise which is R2175.00 left with 27 months. If I cancel the contract and taking new one or installing new unit, I will get 25% discount on settlement amount, my settlement amount will reduce to R1631.25. It must be noted that the more I stay on the contract the less I pay settlement. What a joke!
I find this totally UNACCEPATBLE! I understand that the contract is for three years - I do not have a problem with... the fact that my unit cannot be replaced is pathetic! My car was written off which is totally an unforeseen incident. I am paying R159 a month for a car and unit that don't exist anymore!
