Tracking Unit Installation

I was involved in a car accident on 22/01/13 and my car was written off. I contacted C-track to find out if I can cancel my contract & Tercia said I cant cancel unless I pay a settlement amount of above R4k or the unit gets removed from the old car to a new car. I told her that I wasnt going to buy a car at the moment but I cannot afford to pay the settlement amount. I sent her an e-mail on 14/02/13 notifying her that the unit can be removed from the old car. I sent her the address of where the car is & the person to contact in order to have the unit removed. I never received any response or feedback from her. I then bought a car & sent an e-mail to her to find out the procedure to have the unit installed in my new car. She never responded & I ended up calling, to which she denied ever getting my e-mail with the address and instruction of the removal of the unit. I then spoke to Annelise Venter (27/03/13) who promised that they would get the unit removed. I then sent an e-mail again on (10/04/13) & was told the unit would be removed on (15/04/13) from the old car. I sent an email (18/04/13) asking what the feedback is. Today is 21/04/13 and no one has given me feedback. Really disgusted!!!
