I tried to cancel my service -???

I have been trying to cancel my ADT contract for 4 months. I have requested someone to contact me. I initially used their WEBSITE - I don't believe any one looks at the web correspondence. No one has contacted me.
I then tried calling and was told to send and email which I did and all I got was a ticket response - which is automatically generated.
Judging from the reports on Hellopeter it is evident that no one at ADT cares or wants to assist. To think that we trust this Company with our Security. Management does not understand the meaning of the words "CUSTOMER CARE" - Vernon Matthysen
