My wife's phone got pickpocketed out of her bag in the Mr Price Menlyn store. A lady in a white shirt aggressively bumped into her and in the process took her phone out of her handbag. Store management and store security just shrugged their shoulders and said that it happens often in the store and there's nothing they can do about it. Seriously? Seriously?! It happens often and yet nothing is done? No cameras, no extra security, no warning of customers.
ZERO.
Clearly Mr Price cares zero about their customers and welcome criminals into their store. As long as people keep buying and your share price keeps growing... then who cares. Right?
It's also clear to see from all the sad face reports on this website that there is something drastically wrong with your store. The lack of replies to any of those reports further reaffirms that Mr Price cares ZERO about their customers.
A case was lodged with Mall security who confirmed that they are having "problems" with Mr Price and that a large number of incidents are being reported.
Im not expecting a response and therefore i will repost this report on Hellopeter and other social media outlets UNTIL i get a response from you.
