Over the past few months I have had such bad service with ADT both at home and with my business that I have decided to terminate my services with them at home.
Trying to cancel with them ADT has proved to be just as much of a nightmare. Nobody that I speak to seems to care. I have been passed from person to person. Apparently I'm even in a contract for no reason! I paid in cash for my alarm system so why should I be tied into a contract!?!?!?!
Eventually I have received an email from [Email Removed] explaining that I need to pay penalties to now cancel, but there is something that's not clear. So I have been emailing him since 28 May with no reply!
Can someone from ADT please contact me so I can cancel and move to a company that actually cares.
