Bad ADT Client Service

I have been phoning ADT for 2 and a half months asking for a copy of our company's contract with them. It's my job to get that copy. They just tell me to give them the company name, and number, company registration number, and then they ask me to please hold the line. After holding the line, they tell me, thank you we will send a requested. And send you the copy of the contract. They tell me this every time i phone. I spoke to someone else who was supposed to assist me, Mandla, and his words to me were "you just need to be patient". We are a client, and this is terrible service! I can't do my job, because ADT can't assist me. Why should I even trust ADT to do their job if I get NO assistance?
