I am a new customer of Netstar. When i took out the policy the document says that I can call them at anytime to do a test. On the 22/07 17H20 i called them and asked for the test to be done.
Firstly the guy took 27 minutes to call me back. Secondly he could not point out the actual vehicle location.
I am really concerned. Is this the actual reponse time? what happens if the situation was real?
Should i change to another vehicle tracking company?
Please help!!! Nobody want to pay for a service that cannot assist me.
