Neran phoned and promised to solve the problem then Zarina (Accounts) sent me a statement asking me to double check if the charges are correct. She said they cant refund me because I have an outstanding payment due but I told her its a double charge for the same fault and she verified that and agreed that they made a mistake. They were going to pay me back R355 on friday. That never paid, when I phoned today she promised to sort it out, an 1hr later she said I still owe R331 according to Neran which I already paid. This disappointing, it looks like Chubb is in it for money not to protect the customers. How can I pay for the same fault twice within 4days and this was double checked by Zarina and she also saw that there was a mistake. The technician Clive confirmed it was the same fault when he came for the second time to fix the problem. The receiver is still not working meaning they cant get into the premises when the alarm is triggered, am I paying them to stand outside the gate when something is happening inside my house? How are they planning to check inside if they cant get in? they want to charge me for lock because they cant fix the receiver whose fault is it if they cant fix
