ADT breaks service agreement

I received an sms to state my alarms battery is low and i need to contact them, which i did on Monday 8 July. I was advised by the call centre that someone would phone me and come replace the battery on Monday afternoon. Nothing. Phoned Tuesday and still no one phoned or came to replace the battery. I phoned about 4 times and stilled still nothing except empty promises. Wednesday the same thing.

I took an additional days leave to be at the premises and waited all day Thursday but still nothing. I phoned 10 times on Thursday and spoke to supervisors that promised that someone would be at my premises by 18h00, however, it is now 20h00 and no phone call or person to assist. I have been a client for 12 years and find this type of service unacceptable. I pay per debit order and they take the money off every month but when i need them they don't deliver, thank goodness my life hasn't been in danger yet or my kids, cause who knows what would happen in an emergency. Very disappointed and will be cancelling and going to Chubb or some other reliable company.
