I replaced my vehicle's battery about 2 months back from a different battery agent in Boksburg on Tuesday evening my car broke down and had to be towed in on Wednesday morning I phoned Battery Centre to find out if they can test my alternator / battery for me since I suspected something is fault on the charging system I explained to the gentleman who answered the phone and he said no problem I must bring in the vehicle, get to the store and the same gentleman who I spoke to on the phone said he will get somebody to assist me, A eldery guy came to my car and I explained to him my problem he gave one look at the battery and in a very rude manner told me to take the vehicle back where I purchased the battery from because it is not their problem I felt then I phoned the store they should have advised me to take the vehicle back to Boksburg and I will not recomend Battery Centre to my friends because all I wanted is for them to test my charging system for me but even that is asking to much if you didin't purchase your battery from them.
