I had an altercation with Xpert Shocks, brakes and Battery centre in Highlands North, where they would not replace a battery that I bought from them in July 2012, even though it is still under warranty. I phoned Willard Head Office to complain, as I was getting no joy with the Battery Centre. I was put through to Sandrie, who listened to my problem, and organised a mobile van to come through and replace the battery for me. After receiving such terrible service from the Battery Centre, it was wonderful to speak to Sandrie, who called me back in under 10 minutes to sort out my battery. And also outstanding service from Brian, who phoned me 10 minutes after that, to get my address for the battery to be replaced. Thank you all so much!
