So upset with the service of Chubb in Witbank

I'm a new client of Chubb's from late last year. The sales lady Jackie was quick to sign me up & have me take over the old out dated alarm system in the house. When the tech added the extra's we bought he said the battery needs replacing. I saw on Chubb's website that new clients get a promotional system. I spoke to Jackie about this when I phoned about the battery & she said I did not qualify as I took over a system. This is unacceptable as she failed to mention this on signup. I held my ground & they replaced the battery free of charge only to have it debited on 1st Dec. I phoned again & was put through to Urinda who said I would get Jan for free for the mix up. DIDN'T HAPPEN.
The alarm only works if u bypass certain zones. I phoned, the tech came & said that my panel (not keypad) was faulty and the zones are interfering. I phoned Jackie again & she said I have to buy a new one! I did not agree to pay but the tech installed one and now I will be debited again for almost R1000 extra on the first. I really feel as a new client we are entitled to the promotional system. All I wanted was my alarm to work! They owe me for a battery and I will not pay for this panel!! OUTRAGED!!
