I recently purchased a second hand vehicle, after using it for a few months i've discovered a battery drain. I called the original dealer and asked if the vehicle was bought with a tracking device installed, they referred me to Tracker. From the first call i made i have been so impressed by the professional manner that i was dealt with. They were helpful in explaining to me my options and further accepting that i would just like to remove the unit from my vehicle completely.
