Bad service from Tracke

Hi,

On December the 18th 2012 i bought a new vehicle at Audi. i then traded in my old vehicle for the new one.
I called tracker to go and remove the device in the old vehicle and to install in my new vehicle.
Since i have not heard from them. They have also deducted the monthly premium from my account.

i called them because i was not happy with their service for witholding the tracking device yet deducting money from my accout. The team leader Sizwe Ndima gave me a bad attitude and could not even apologise for the inconvenience of my safety. i then requested that i want to cancel the contract due to their incompetence, he told me that he does not mind me leaving tracker however their settlement amount of 12 months must be paid in full. Clearly i am not appreciated as a client and i am very very upset with TRACKER!!!
