Top of the range unit fitted June 2011 it was working well and nicely calling you if you dont have your DID device with you while driving your car.the problem started last year and on the 7th July 2013 i borrow a friend of mine my car and forgot to give him the DID device and thought i will receive a call from Matrix to check if the car is safe as well as my self, to my suprise i didnt get any call from them-i have to call them my self to check the location of the car and when i asked them why they didnt call they only send an sms the lady who answered the phone she told me if they dont get holdof you on the phone beacuse of network problem they will send you an sms so since last year it means they have been having network problems when it comes calling me because the only thing i have been recieving from them its sms's no call when i dont have the DID device with me.i'm still waiting for a call from customer service dept as i have lodge a complain.i am not happy at all with their service as for the premuims i pay every month, i'm paying for nothing. How will i know if my car is or i am hijacked? thats the main purpose to put a tracker in your car. THEIR SERVICE STINKS AND POOR.
