Past due date

Good day, I would like to inquire about the funds of Mr M S Wentzel, ID No 7002085274081. He went to the offices in Strand Street Cape Town on the 8th July 2013 and was told that the funds would be available within ten weeks, which should have been the week of 16th september, but as yet he has not received any word from anyone as to how far the process is.
