Im utterly disgusted with the way i have been treated by tracker. I had a vehicle which i sold, and requested tracker to transfer the unit from old vehicle to new vehicle. It took them almost 4 weekes to collect the device from old vehicle. As i write this complain, the unit is still not in my new vehicle. I was told that they need to check if there are any technicians available. What kind of service are they giving? Im paying tracker every month and yet im must wait till some1 is available.
I need the tracking device to be installed back into my new vehicle. Can somebody from tracker tell me when it will be done. If you are short of Technicians recruit more staff dont make it the clients problem.
