I have been using tracker for all my vehicles, changing my device from one car to another with no problems or complaints. the one big problem i have now with them is the last vehicle that i needed to remove the device so it can be fitted in the veh that i am driving now. i called in 5 days before the vehicle was sold to make a booking to remove my device, nobody came back to me regarding this, i then called in the last day when the car was being sold and nobody has booked me in any fitment centre to remove the device. This was 10 months ago. i logged a complaint on HelloP and the best tracker could do was to request the number of the dealer where I sold the car, because they couldnt pick up the recordings of the convo i had with several advisors, which is a strange coincident since all their call are recorded. Now my concern is i have been paying this device that is in somebody else's car at the moment and i can pick up the veh on the their system when i log in. They are a tracking company and they say they cant pick it up, now how am i supoose to get the device without their help, because i am paying for this thing and its not in my car? how is that for a tracking company?
